Tracking your Order
A consignment tracking number will be issued to your corresponding order.
If the delivery address is unattended, the goods will not be left unattended unless we obtain your express consent.
All delivery timelines are subject to the accuracy of provided delivery details.
All freight is insured from loss and incidental damage. Terms and conditions of the carrier may apply.
For security reasons you may be required to present a current government issued Photo ID on Delivery or Collection
You may opt to collect your order rather than have it delivered
All returns are subject to an RMA(Return Merchandise Authorisation) procedure. The procedure requires you to fill a form in to request the return of the product. Where we will reply to you with a RMA Reference Number to be clearly affixed or displayed on the return goods and for your record.
Products in warranty are subject to a 'like for like' replacement during the term of its respective manufacturer's warranty through the RMA(Return Merchandise Authorisation) procedure.
Out of Warranty
Product returned out of warranty are subject to be booked in for service review through the RMA(Return Merchandise Authorisation) procedure.
Within seven(7) days of receiving your purchase, you can request the return for upgrade, exchange, credit and/or refund of a complete product for convenience. Acceptance of the returned product is subject to being in its entirety, original condition, undamaged and accompanied by its original packaging materials. Packaged and bundled items cannot be retuned individually for convenience, with the exception to an upgrade to a bigger model. Downgrades are not accepted. Return for convenience is subject to the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) procedure.
Within thirty(30) days of receiving your purchase, you can request the return of a product(s) (or, if applicable part thereof) for an upgrade to a bigger model. This must be done in consultation with one of our customer service representatives to assure operational compatibility. Additional upgrade costs may apply. Upgrades are subject to the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) procedure.
